Today i will be talking about my favorite company which is google . This company was started in 1900’s by just two people . All the strategy decisions that this company took were successful that’s why it’s here today .

Till now this company has acquired around 221 companies . Think that how much strategically they have to take decisions.

So today i will be talking about its most important companies because of which it is making money .

First lets talk about their core business which is search engine . We think that google does only one thing which is google search, that’s true .

At first there was yahoo , it provided mails , searches , news , etc . It does all that things that google does today . But yahoo’s biggest mistake is that it’s page was not user friendly .

It took a lot of time to open . whereas if you look at google it is very fast . It is well designed according to the user’s needs , because of which google was successful.

Google made some algorithms to show web pages and yahoo also worked in a similar way . Google made an algorithm that was known as page rank and all the things were ranking on the basis of that algorithm.

Because of that algorithm google improved day by day and you know that where it’s today and how solid it is .

So google makes money in a very simple way , whenever we search something on google we see some add on the top , it we click on that adds then google get a revenue .

You tube also works in a similar way like google , when you search something on you tube you can see some add on the top and when you click on that add then google earns some revenue of that adds.

If you are watching you tube videos and adds comes in between then also google earns money . So google earns money because of all that adds .

Let me tell you that you tube and android are acquired by google it is not part of google . Google already know that there is a need of video and smart technology in the future .

In 2003-2004 a lot of content was being posted on google and it knew that there will be a lot demand of video content in the future . So it acquired you tube and android.

Google acquired android when it was under development . Android was considered better as it has more application as compared to other platforms.

Google made its all types platforms like if you want to search something then you can search on google , it you want to e-mail then you can go to Gmail , if you want to watch videos then you can watch that on you tube.
